Studio Hair® Synthetic Wig & Hair Piece Care Instructions

1. Preparation

Fill a small basin or sink with lukewarm water. Add two pumps of shampoo and gently agitate the water to create an even cleansing solution.

2. Shampoo Cleanse

Fully immerse the wig and gently agitate for about one minute. Empty the basin.

Refill the sink with cool water and rinse the piece by lightly agitating. Empty and refill with fresh cool water, repeating this rinse cycle until the water runs completely clear.

3. Conditioner Rinse

Repeat the shampooing step using conditioner. When fully rinsed and the water runs clear, lay the piece on a clean towel and gently pat out excess moisture. Do not rub or wring.

4. Drying & Forming

Place the wig on your wig form. Distribute a small amount of Gel Whip through the hair using your fingertips, then guide it into place with a cushioned paddle brush.

Cover the piece with a hair net and allow it to dry naturally. Do not use heat on synthetic hair.

5. Final Styling

Once dry, remove the hair net and give the wig a light shake. Put the piece on and style with your fingers or a brush, just as you would your own hair.

Finish with a mist of Styling Spritz for a polished, wearable look.

6. Sun Protection

If you plan to be out in the sun for extended periods, mist the piece with Leave‑In Conditioner to help maintain softness and protect synthetic fibers from dryness. Put your prosthetic hair piece on, brush into place and apply Styling Spritz or
