For best results, please use the following products:

1) Brush your wig thoroughly with a professional cushioned paddle brush that has nylon pins instead of plastic.

2) Pour 2-3 pumps of Wig Shampoo into a sink of cool to lukewarm water.

3) Immerse the wig for a couple of minutes and gently shake it. Avoid rubbing.

4) Rinse the wig carefully in cold, clear water until it is completely rinsed.

5) Pat the wig dry with a towel gently. Do not twist or wring it out. Afterwards, place it on a Styrofoam head.

While the wig is still wet, evenly apply Wig Detangler Spray or Conditioning Spray, spraying from a distance of 10-12 inches. Do not brush or comb the wig while it is wet. Style it using your fingertips. Once styled, cover the wig with a hairnet and allow it to air dry fully. Refrain from using a hair dryer, and do not expose the wig to direct sunlight while drying. Only use cushioned paddle brushes with nylon ball-tipped pins as illustrated below, and avoid bristle brushes.

After the wig is completely dry, you can begin styling. Remove the hairnet and give the wig a gentle shake. Start styling with a professional cushioned paddle brush with nylon ball-tipped pins and use your fingertips.

We provide Wig Sprays with both light and firm hold. They are designed to maintain the hairstyle throughout the day. Spray the wig lightly with Intra-Care Conditioning Spray every 3-4 uses, about 30 minutes before putting it on. Once it's dry, style as desired and set with Styling Spray. For a damp or tousled look, apply Detangling Spray, style with your fingers or a cushioned paddle brush with nylon ball tips, and finish with Wig Spray.

Wig Storage:
Store your wigs on a wig stand or Styrofoam head in a hairnet when not in use. To prevent flattening, transport a styled wig in a wig box when traveling. Collapsible wig stands for travel are also available.

What to Avoid?
Never expose your wig to temperatures above 160°, such as when opening an oven door, standing near an open flame, or looking closely into an oven, as the wig will singe and become irreparable.
