  Our San Francisco Prosthetic's Facility & Showroom offers a fully licensed staff with over 40 years experience in designing prosthetic wigs, hair augment systems and toppers and can provide you with options as well as guidance and information that will keep you looking your best! Whether you are undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, cancer treatments, have Alopecia, Trichotillomania, or you are simply  a women who is is experiencing hair loss, that is what we have been doing for over 40 years.

Your full name, address, phone number, and, reason for coming in.

Include 3 recent photos of yourself and a prescription from your doctor (If you have one.)

This allows us to create your file before come in. Once we receive this, we will give you a call and set up your appointment.

(The prescription would allow you to submit our receipt, which has the procedure codes, to your insurance carrier and if you are covered, they would reimburse you. We do not work with insurance companies).

Masks are now optional


Please bring no more than 1 person with    you for your appointment.

    • Please shampoo your hair on the day of your appointment. Masks are optional at this time. Our Staff is completely vaccinated

    • 24 hour cancellation notice would be appreciated.

    • Approximate appointment time is 1 hour
